Facilitation

  • a process enabling individuals, groups and organisations to understand their role (buy in) in a way that empowers them to take responsibility (ownership) for performance on three levels - individual, group & organisational levels.

Facilitators provide a process to address perceptions, attitudes, behaviours and assumptions within a business that are obstacles to progress and often hard to shift. Once shifted, the process should ensure participants do not return to previous comfort zones.

A facilitative approach works with individuals or groups to assist them to tackle significant issues and find solutions to their own opportunities or problems.
